Cindy Sadaphal is an Attorney-at-Law who practices in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. She received her Bachelor of Law (honours) at the University of the West Indies (Cavehill) in 1998 Legal Practicing Certificate at the Hugh Wooding Law School in 2000 and has been practicing law for the past eight years since. Three of those eight years she also served as a Legal and Compliance Officer in a securities company in the financial industry in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and where she was instrumental in developing a compliance program. She presently works at RBTT Merchant Bank Limited as Assistant Vice–President Legal (Transactional) and continues to be interested in the development of compliance in the region and in particular the securities industry in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
