Compliance Requirements
We would remind all
sponsors/exhibitors that it is their
responsibility to ensure that all advertising material,
booths etc include the appropriate duty of disclosure for
their relevant regulatory body(ies). This is a compliance
conference and as such it is expected that all exhibitors
will be compliant with marketing and advertising
requirements and regulators will be in attendance and do
comment on this area. If you have any questions on this
matter please consult your Compliance Officer/appropriate
department or relevant local Compliance Association.

Once registered,
please email us your logo (PC compatible eps format). If eps is not available,
then a very high resolution jpg, tif, or gif is
required. If you have a "stacked" version of your logo
it will work best in the scrolling area of the website.
For print, any version is acceptable. You may send two
versions.
Exhibitor Staff
Registration
Please refer to
your sponsorship agreement for the number of Exhibitor
Passes your company is entitled to.
Exhibitor
Staff are asked to register on-line. For the Registration
Type select EXHIBITOR (NO
CONFERENCE). There is no cost associated with this type of
registration. A conference name badge will be available at
the registration desk.
Exhibitor Passes
include - continental breakfast, coffee breaks, lunches and
cocktail reception.
Extra exhibitor passes are
available for $350 USD.

Please note the following:
- There are no
pre-selection of table locations. You will be
assigned an area, on Sunday morning, and provided
with a skirted table - approximately
6 ft x 3 ft
- You may setup a
temporary "booth" behind your table.
- All tables are located in the
Exhibition Area

AV requests and any other
additional items required for booths are the
responsibility of the Exhibitor. For hotel
assistance in ordering AV, lighting, power bars,
extra cable etc. please contact the Hyatt after you
have reviewed the following document
