Roxanne Forde has been the Regional Compliance Manager at American Life & General Insurance Company (T&T) Limited (ALGICO) since 2004. She has the responsibility of implementing and maintaining Compliance programs for ALGICO and American Life Insurance Company (ALICO) operations managed by ALGICO in the Caribbean.

She is the holder of a BA – Applied Psychology from California State University and an MA – Industrial/Organizational Psychology from City University of New York. She also attended the Cornell University School for Industrial and Labor Relations. Roxanne is the holder of an Associate, Insurance Regulatory Compliance (AIRC) Diploma.

As Regional Compliance Manager, she has delivered training in AML, Security Breach, Compliance Essentials, and Proceeds of Crime to audiences in Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Eastern Caribbean Islands, Netherlands Antilles and Aruba.
