Dan Wise is a Solicitor-Advocate and Partner in the firm of Martin Kenney & Co., Solicitors (“MKS”) based in the British Virgin Islands. MKS is a specialist practice which deals exclusively with fraud and insolvency related litigation normally acting for victims or creditors. Near all MKS’ work is international in nature. MKS has within it a specialist investigation and forensic accounting divisions.

Dan Wise qualified as a Solicitor in London in 1994 and practiced there principally as a litigation solicitor until 2005 when he joined MKS. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Wise served as an Infantry Officer in the British Army for 4 years.
