Speaker's Information Page

*Please note that your acceptance of our invitation to be a speaker at the CRCA Conference assumes that papers and presentations will be provided for inclusion in the delegate materials. Failure to provide these items significantly impacts the value of the conference and the standard of professionalism which is associated with this event. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

Substantive Papers and Presentation - due 28th October

• will be available to delegates on CD which is included with the registration material

• Substantive Paper - relevant article or paper that you have authored or you may include papers and articles that you feel would be of value to your topic

• PowerPoint or Adobe Presentation - Using a minimal number of points and graphs per slide and large font will ensure that delegates can read your presentation on the screen.

• Please bring a backup copy of your presentation on a USB drive or CD

Breakout Sessions

• Breakout Sessions can be of a more informal nature, giving delegates the opportunity to interact with the Speaker. Formal presentations are optional and flip charts will be available to help facilitate discussions. Please come prepared with question(s) that will inspire worthwhile and lively group discussion.

Handouts

• if your presentation requires handouts please bring 200 copies

• please submit handouts well in advance of your presentation time so that we can arrange to have them distributed
