CONFERENCE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY  Registrations are transferrable. To receive a refund, a cancellation request must be emailed by March 1, 2012 $100.00 USD will be withheld to process the refund.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations after March 1, 2012
