Latroy Bodie Scott
Latroy Bodie Scott is a qualified Financial Crime and Compliance professional. He has over twenty years’ experience in Law Enforcement with a concentration on Drug Interdiction, Money Laundering, Asset Forfeiture and the Proceeds of Crime. He is currently assigned to the Financial Crimes Investigation Branch (FCIB) of the Royal Bahamas Police Force (RBPF) where he leads the Tracing and Forfeiture Section and also investigates various Fraud and Financial Crime cases.
Latroy holds specialist certifications from The International Compliance Association (ICA) and The Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialist (ACFCS). Over the years, he has attended various training events in the Compliance, Anti- Money Laundering, Fraudulent Documents and Intelligence Gathering space and he brings this wealth of knowledge to the Police Force. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration in Financial Crimes and Compliance (FCCMBA) at Bangor University with a joint professional designation of Financial Intelligence Specialist (FIS) in conjunction with ManchesterCF Financial Intelligence to further enhance his career.
