Robbert-Jan Boswijk
Robbert-Jan Boswijk is the solicitor-general (in Dutch: advocaat-generaal) for Curaçao, Sint Maarten, and Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba. He is also head of the International Legal Assistance Center for Curaçao and Sint Maarten.
Boswijk is also closely involved in the CFATF assessments for Sint Maarten.
Before Boswijk started working in Sint Maarten in 2022, he worked on high profile international corruption cases in the Netherlands as a prosecutor. Prior before that, he was a defense attorney advising clients in criminal cases as well as on risks and compliance.
