Ayana Glasgow
Ayana Glasgow is the Director of Financial Services in the British Virgin Islands Ministry of Financial Services, Economic Development, and Digital Transformation. With nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, she is a recognised leader in trust and corporate services, regulatory compliance, and AML/CFT.
Ayana advises the Minister on regulatory policy and strategic development and leads initiatives to develop innovative products that support the Virgin Islands’ economic growth. Her career includes senior roles at the BVI Financial Services Commission and in the private sector, where she built and led robust compliance frameworks.
A Fellow of the International Compliance Association and STEP-qualified trust professional, she serves on key statutory boards including BVI Finance and the International Tax Authority. She is also President of the Zonta Club of Tortola, championing gender equality and women’s empowerment.
