As a senior member of the Bermuda Bar and a practicing Barrister & Attorney, Cheryl-Ann brings a unique blend of expertise as a qualified Corporate Secretary, Trust & Estate Practitioner, IoD (UK) Diploma holder, and Certified Privacy Practitioner. She also holds independent non-executive directorships with government and corporate boards, advising on governance and compliance strategies that enhance efficiency and resilience.
