Eyra Perdomo
Eyra Perdomo is an attorney in the Estate Planning & Corporate Services practice group at Morgan & Morgan, with more than 20 years of experience in corporate services and regulatory compliance.
Throughout her career, she has led multidisciplinary teams and has advised on complex regulatory compliance matters across Panama, the British Virgin Islands, Belize, Nevis, and The Bahamas. Her experience includes the development and implementation of compliance frameworks and governance practices within regulated environments.
Eyra holds a Law degree from Universidad Santa María La Antigua, a Master’s degree in International Law and International Relations, a Master’s Degree in Banking Law, and an MBA. She has also completed specialized studies and professional certifications in anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, and financial crime prevention through the International Compliance Association (ICA), the Florida International Bankers Association (FIBA), and the Panamanian Banking Association (ABP).
She is a member of the Association of Compliance Officers of Panama, Panamanian Institute of Corporate Governance, ICA and FIBA, and regularly advises on governance, compliance, risk management, and regulatory matters affecting international corporate and fiduciary structures.
