Keshelle Davis is the founder and CEO of The Training Authority, an award-winning, internationally recognized business education, coaching, and consulting organization in the Bahamas. As a master trainer, consultant, and business growth mentor, she has worked for almost 2 decades with teams in organizations ranging from large corporations and startups to universities and non-profits, including PWC, Pictet Bank, NIB, Bahamar, NAD, JS Johnson, Fidelity Bank, Bristol, and BTC to name a few. In addition to keynote speeches and engaging workshops, Keshelle creates custom learning materials, events, and online programs that lead others to personal, professional, and business victories. She is a Certified AI Specialist, Microsoft Office Master Instructor, Hello Seven Business Coach and former columnist for the Nassau Guardian business section. Her work has been featured in the UK, the US, Canada, and Australia. In 2017, she won the prestigious Icon Award in Commerce for her work in the professional training industry. She is among the inaugural top 40 under 40 award recipients for The Nassau Guardian and Professional Services Bahamas. She is the author of two books and the former Executive Director of the Chamber Institute, the education arm of the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce.
